The more credit you give to the distributor, the more you capture the market. Hence the payment cycle is very long. This means, your working capital requirement is very high. If you are planning to avail bank finance, then the interest component will also be high. The same tendency prevails, whether it’s a poultry feed or a cattle feed.
Your project cost will totally depend on your installed capacity. If that is high, you will need machines of higher capacity, bigger factory and storage area, and of course higher working capital. Hence it’s not possible to provide an estimate, without knowing our target installed capacity.
